  • Repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and technical issues.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated before proceeding with the repair.

  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance.

  • Payments can be made through available methods such as cash, cards, UPI, or online transfers.

3. Warranty on Repairs

  • Limited warranty may be provided on selected repairs (if applicable).

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or mishandling after service.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting the device.

  • We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

5. Parts & Replacement

  • Replacement parts may be new or compatible parts based on availability.

  • We ensure quality standards, but original manufacturer parts may not always be used unless specified.

6. Device Collection

  • Customers must collect their device within the specified time after service completion.

  • Unclaimed devices beyond a reasonable period may attract storage charges.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing issues in the device.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the repair process has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Any diagnostic charges incurred will be payable.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
